Take Home / Custom Kill - let NCWJLS know during the follow up call of your decision, call the butcher shop with your cut and wrap order. Pay NCWJLS for the animal and make arrangements to pay with your butcher directly. Make arrangements to pickup the meat with your butcher.
Turn - let NCWJLS know during the follow up call of your decision, bidder is financially responsible for the difference between the bid price and the turn price. Turn buyer pays the turn price, slaughter, cut/wrap fees and keeps the meat.
Donating - let NCWJLS know during the follow up call of your decision, call the butcher shop with your cut and wrap order. Pay NCWJLS for the animal and make arrangements to pay with your butcher directly. Make arrangements for the chosen charity to pickup the meat with your butcher.
Each purchase and Add-on directly finances and supports the next generation of agriculture and community leaders.
As a supporter, you are aiding our youth in financing future animal projects as well as their overall agricultural, general education and life experiences. Additionally, you receive high-quality, locally sourced food for you and your family to enjoy.
What is an add on?
An add-on is financial support in addition to the auction sale price of the animal project that you have identified that you would like to support. Add-ons can also be given to show the exhibitor the excellent work they did on their livestock project. Exhibitors use these funds to help fund education, future projects and aid in covering current projects expenses.
Any amount can be given through an "add-on" without purchasing an animal.
How to do I participate in the Add-on Programs?
